Golden Child sets high records for their comeback song “Burn It” + reaches top 1 on Genie
Golden Child welcomed 2021 with their comeback album titled YES.
Woollim Entertainment‘s Golden Child came back last January 25, 2021 with their title song “Burn It“, and ever since its release, “Burn It” has been topping the Genie charts.
During its release on January 25, “Burn It” debuted at #2 on Genie and maintained its spot at #2 on the first day.
“Burn It” broke its own record by charting at #1 on January 26 at 1 AM KST. This has been Golden Child’s highest peak on Genie since their debut.
Not only that their new title song “Burn It” is topping the charts, but all of their tracks are charting in Genie as well.
With “Burn It” charting on Genie in different positions, it still managed to chart at #1 on January 27 at 1 AM KST.
Finally, Golden Child charted at #1 again for their song “Burn It” on January 30 at 7 AM KST.
Additionally, this has been the third time “Burn It” charted at #1 since its release.
Aside from charting at #1, “Burn It” also reached 1 million plays on Genie.
It hasn’t been a week since they released their new album, but Golden Child has been setting high records for “Burn It”. They truly are every Goldenness’ pride!
In line with their comeback, Golden Child also released a webtoon version of their song.
