Lee Do Hyun, Go Min Si, and other cast members attend script reading for “Youth of May”
KBS released script reading photos of the casts together with the production staff of its upcoming Monday-Tuesday drama, Youth of May on March 17.
Youth of May starring Lee Do Hyun and Go Min Si is a retro-themed melodrama that tells the story of two individuals who fall into each other like fate in the midst of a whirlpool history in May 1980.
Moreover at the script reading event, Director Song Min Yeop and writer Lee Kang, casts, and production staff were present as they have talked and delved into the story of the said drama.
Some of the casts are Lee Do Hyun, Go Min Si, Lee Sang Yi, Keum Sae Rok, Oh Man Seok, Eom Hyo Seop, Kim Won Hae, Hwang Young Hee, and Shim Yi Young.
When the event began, the actors quickly possessed their respective roles and created a good atmosphere between them
Lee Do Hyun who plays the character of Hwang Hee Tae immediately immersed his self on the role and performed a passionate act that caused excitement to the people.
Go Min Si’s character Kim Myung Hee who was a 3-year nurse and had gone through all prenatal treatments inherits a lovely personality.
The other casts members such as Lee Sang Yi and Keum Sae Rok transformed into siblings named Lee Soo Chan and Lee Soo Ryun while portraying their characters.
Oh Man Seok, Eom Hyo Seop, Kim Won Hae, Hwang Young Hee, and Shim Yi Young made the atmosphere and tension even more captivating when they showed their deep and great acting skills.
Moreover, Youth of May is scheduled to air in the first half in 2021 around May.
