Song Hye Kyo and Jang Ki Yong are confirmed leads in “Now, We Are Breaking Up”
Song Hye Kyo and Jang Ki Yong are pairing up for the new romance drama, “Now, We Are Breaking Up”.
Officially announced last week, the two visual actors will star alongside Choi Hee Seo and Kim Joo Heon.
Song Hye Kyo will play the role of Ha Young Eun, a smart and chic manager at a fashion label.
Meanwhile, Jang Ki Yong will portray Yoon Jae Guk, a wealthy, intelligent and popular freelance photographer.
On the other hand, Choi Hee Seo will be portraying Hwang Chi-sook, the general director of the fashion company’s design team, and Ha Young Eun’s highschool classmate. While “It’s Okay To Not Be Okay” actor Kim Joo Heon takes the character of the skilled PR company CEO, Seok Do Hoon.
“Now, We Are Breaking Up” is created by “Misty” writer Je In. The new romance drama will be directed by Lee Gil Bok, who previously worked on “My Love From the Star,” and “Dr. Romantic 2.”
The story depicts the sorrow of a breakup and the difficulty of getting over it.
How will the cold-realist Ha Young Eun deal with the charming Yoon Jae Guk who has never ceased to love calls?
“Now, We Are Breaking Up” is set to air in SBS on the second half of 2021.
