McDonald’s x BTS Collaboration launches with Exclusive Merch
While waiting for BTS Meal to come on June 18, here’s some exciting news for all McDo lovers and ARMYs out there!
As revealed by McDonald’s on May 26, merch are now available for purchase on Weverse Shop app as of today, May 27, 7 AM PHT.
This collection is inspired by some of the craveable menu items from the BTS Meal with dynamite thread like hoodies, purple bathrobes, socks and sandals.
The designs featuring McDonald’s fry box logo with seven fries for each BTS member, or the BTS purple with McDonald’s red and gold, are the perfect representation of an iconic partnership between two famous brands. And to get it, you must download the Weverse Shop app and create an account.
Oliver Rabatan, McDonald’s Philippines Marketing & Channels Head said:
“We know our customers and crew have been eagerly awaiting the arrival of our first celebrity signature order in the Philippines, and we’re thrilled that the collaboration is less than a month away,”
He added:
“We couldn’t be more excited to start seeing our guests enjoying the BTS Meal and sporting their favorite pieces from the exclusive merch line.”
On May 26, they have also introduced new commercial featuring the BTS’ new single, Butter.
Customers in the Philippines can order the BTS Meal in stores via Dine-In, Take-Out, Drive-Thru, and via McDelivery starting on June 18 and will be available in 50 countries worldwide.
