Netflix shares glimpse of upcoming comical-athletic series, ‘Racket Boys’ characters

A new Monday-Tuesday series to look forward to on Netflix!

Racket Boys stars young and versatile actors and actresses in the industry is a comical-athletic series about a ragtag middle school badminton team.

It will focus on the life of the young athletes and their hopes, inspirations, and dreams in life as they will train to achieve their goals.

Tang Jun Sang plays the character of Yoon Hae Kang, a competitive baseball player but learns to play badminton when forced to move to the countryside.

He then joined in the badminton team and shares unique and different characteristics; the youngest team member is Lee Yong Tae (Kim Kang Hoon) who talks a lot and always in front of computer.


Son Sang Yeon, on the other hand, will play the role of Bang Yoon Dam, an attention-seeker and always on his phone, while Na Woo Chan (Choi Hyun Wook) is kind-hearted and loves fashion and hip hop.

Aside from the four boys, Lee Jae In will take part as Han Se Yoon and Lee Ji Won as Lee Han Sol who are top at their girls’ middle school.

Introducing the coaches, Kim Sang Kyung takes the role of Yoon Hyeon Jong and Oh Na Ra as Ra Yeong Ja who are star badminton players.

Racket Boys will surely bring a fun yet sentimental journey to the viewers as the young players go on with their lives, it will premiere on May 31 at 10:50 PM PST.
