Red Velvet’s Joy releases 1st set of concept photos for her special album, “Hello”
Reveluvs and Joyfuls, yes you read it right! Our dear Joy will greet us soon with her special album “Hello“.
SM Entertainment revealed on May 17 that Joy will drop her album on May 31 at 6pm KST.
This will be a remake album that includes six (6) famous songs from 1990s to 2000s. The Red Velvet member also said that she personally picked the songs.
In addition, the album details were also released and it will have a three (3) variations called Photobook, Case and Casette versions.
Series of concept photos were shared that sends out a huge 90s vibe.
Joy also looked very sassy on the uploaded mood sampler that adds another level of excitement to fans.
Called as “Tone Fairy” due to her unique, pleasing and honey-like vocals, she will surely captivate and charm the hearts of many with her new song renditions.
Moreover, Joy recently lend her voice as she sang an OST for the webtoon drama Romance 101. There were also reports that she might be returning on doing a JTBC drama, “Just One Person”. However, no confirmation yet as of today.
While we are waiting for her debut as a soloist, let us watch how she looks ethereal and sounds very soothing as she performs the OST for the webtoon.
