Monsta X Shownu will be enlisting in the military this July 22
In an announcement made earlier on July 10 to the fans via the official fan cafe of Monsta X, Shownu will have his military enlistment.
The news comes after the announcement of his hiatus just before their comeback for One of A Kind.
He will be first undergoing a three-month basic military service training starting July 22, then will move on to serve as a social worker due to his eye condition.
Starship Entertainment confirmed the enlistment in an official announcement and they also informed fans of no special event due to Covid19, and Shownu’s place of enlistment will remain private.
