SBS’ “Taxi Driver” in talks to return for Season 2
The production team of SBS’ action drama, Taxi Driver starring Lee Je Hoon, Esom, Kim Eui Sung, and Pyo Ye Jin has decided to produce the drama’s season 2 as reported on July 7.
However, further details are not yet confirmed but some actors from season 1 were already informed whether they will continue to appear or not.
An official from SBS shared a statement regarding the production of Taxi Driver on the same day, “It is still under discussion while coordinating the time and schedules. Nothing has been confirmed yet as of now.”
Taxi Driver is based on the webtoon with the same name about the group of individuals who take complete revenge on behalf of the victim of injustices.
They are disguising under a taxi company and work together to fight and help those unfair and poorly treated victims.
The series ended in May and tagged as the highest viewership-rated drama during its Friday-Saturday time slot.
