Check out these amazing Kdramas starring INFINITE members!

Recently, INSPIRITS was surprised by the announcement of Woollim Entertainment that INFINITE‘s members side from Myungsoo (who’s currently enlisted) is filming a content for their fans.

While we are waiting for the content that INFINITE members prepared, let’s all check out these Korean dramas that INFINITE members starred in and will keep you stuck to your screens all day.

Kim Sungkyu

INFINITE’s leader Sungkyu began his solo career last November 2012. Along with his debut as a musical actor, he was cast as MC of different shows and made a cameo appearance in kdramas.

In the drama ‘The Thousandth Man’ that aired last 2012, he made his first cameo as a boy from a family with financial difficulties, who works part-time while giving his best in academics as well.

The following year, Sungkyu was confirmed for a cameo appearance in KBS’s new sitcom ‘A Bit of Love’ as the younger versions of the five main characters alongside four other idols: MBLAQ’s G.O, KARA’s Seungyeon, ZE:A’s Siwan, and SECRET’s Ji Eun.


Jang Dongwoo

Dongwoo and INFINITE members are lending their voices off stage as voice actors for the TV animation, ‘Wara! Store’ and sing the opening theme “Always Open”.

Nam Woohyun

Along with INFINITE’s Sungkyu, Woohyun made his first stint into acting last 2012 with a minor role in the drama, ‘The Thousandth Man’.

And after two years, Woohyun acted in a lead role in the fantasy romance series, Hi! School: Love On as Shin Woohyun, an 18-year-old high school student who is aware of his good looks but is failing academically.

Lee Sungyeol

Before his debut, Sungyeol appeared as an extra in the television series such as ‘Boys Over Flowers’, ‘Good Job, Good Job’, and ‘Jolly Widows’, last 2009. With this, he was originally planned to debut as an actor and was once an actor trainee under SM Academy.

He made his supporting role last 2011 in the famous drama ‘While You Were Sleeping’ as Yoon Sojoon. And in 2013, he made a cameo in the ‘Adolescence Medley’ as a student council president. In the same year, he was casted as a main role in the web drama ‘Love for Ten: Generation of Youth’.

Along with INFINITE’s Woohyun, he acted as Hwang Sungyeol, an 18-year-old high school student, a loner, and a number 1 student in the high school in the fantasy romance series ‘Hi! School: Love On’.

In 2015, Sungyeol got a supporting role as Ahn Daegil in the disaster medical drama ‘D-Day’. In 2017, he was cast as main role in the melodrama ‘Time of Memory‘ with Pyo Yejin, Lee Dongha, and Han Hyerin.

Last August 2021, it was confirmed that the casts and production team already held the script reading and currently filming the said cine-drama. Sungyeol will play the character of Jung Woojin, a perfect next-generation rising star with overflowing visuals, talent, and personality.

The cine-drama will be released first as a theatrical version in theaters this coming October and will premiere as a drama version after on various OTT platforms and YouTube channels.

Kim Myungsoo

Myungsoo made his acting debut in a Japanese drama ‘Jiu’ that is premiered on TV Asahi, last 2011. In the following year, he starred in the teen romance drama ‘Shut Up: Flower Boy Band’, comedy-drama ‘Salamander Guru and The Shadows’, and in the sitcom ‘What is Mom?’.

He also starred in different romantic dramas such as ‘Master’s Sun’, ‘Cunning Single Lady’, ‘My Lovely Girl’, ‘The Time We Were Not in Love’, ‘One More Time’, ‘My Catman’.

He becomes more popular as Commoner Lee Sun in the historical drama ‘Ruler: Master of the Mask‘ and as Lim Bareun in ‘Ms. Hammurabi’.

But, people love him more in his character as Kim Dan in the romance fantasy drama ‘Angel’s Last Mission: Love‘. Before his enlistment, he continued his acting career in the romantic-comedy TV series ‘Welcome’ as a cat named Hongjo.

Myungsoo’s last kdrama series before enlisting is ‘Royal Secret Agent‘ wherein he acted as secret royal inspector named Sung Yigyum.

Lee Sungjong

Before enlisting, INFINITE’s maknae, Sungjong starred in the web drama ‘Mysterious Nurse’ as the main actor.

It is a fantasy romance about a woman who can see the death in people due to an accident and a psychiatrist who finds real happiness after a downfall in life.

Let’s continue supporting INFINITE while waiting for their comeback!
