Squid Game director confirms season two of the series is in the works!
It’s a good day for Squid Game fans since Season 2 is coming!
In a news report from Yonhap News, director Hwang Dong Hyuk confirms that there will be a season 2.
The Netflix blockbuster director says, “there has been a lot of demand and pressure and love for us to push the second season.” He added, “The second season is currently in my head now, but it’s too early to tell what everyone should expect.”
One thing director Hwang assures us is that Seong Gi Hun (played by Lee Jung Jae) will come back and “do something for the world.”
Meanwhile, director Hwang Dong Hyuk is given the Film Maker of the Year at the 2021 Beautiful Artist Awards. The awards is under Shin Young Kyun Arts and Culture Foundation.
