It’s confirmed! Yook Sung Jae and Jung Chae Yeon will star in one drama together, so exciting!
On January 11, it was announced that DIA’s Jung Chae Yeon will star in MBC’s upcoming drama Golden Spoon alongside BTOB’s Yook Sung Jae.
Jung Chae Yeon who recently appeared in the hit historical drama, The King’s Affection has accepted the role to portray the female lead.
On the other hand, it was announced on November 30, last year that BTOB’s Yook Sung Jae accepted the offer to play the role of the student named Lee Seung Chun who dreams of turning his life around with a golden spoon. This is Sungjae’s first drama since his discharge in the military last November 14, 2021.
Moreover, Golden Spoon is a webtoon-based drama with the same name that depicts a story of a child born in a poor family who switches fate with a friend who was born in a wealthy family through a mysterious golden spoon. The drama is set to premiere in the second half of this year.
