On November 23, 2021, Park Shin Hye made an announcement in her fan cafe and said: “I’m going to marry a person I’ve been dating for a long time now. I’m going to start a life with a person who supported me even with lacking as a human.”
Park Shin Hye also added that they are expecting a baby and wanted to let her fans know. She also said that she will continue to show her good side even after having her own family.
Finally, she thanked her fans for all the support and love and promised to be back as soon as possible.
Park Shin Hye’s agency, Salt Entertainment, also confirmed the news and stated that the couple will get married on January 22, 2022.
Park Shin Hye and Choi Tae Joon have been together since 2017. The two are juniors-seniors from the Department of Theater and Film at Chung-Ang University.
The two developed a friendship as colleagues, and eventually, turned into lovers in 2017.
